Born and educated in England, Emma moved to the United States in 1999 and spent 10 years living in Central Florida. In 2009, Emma returned to England where she started her own retail and home décor business and also sold her own artwork. Having studied art and design in college in England, this was a natural next step for Emma.

In 2015, Emma returned to the United States and started her own art business, selling her artwork at shows across Florida, as well as being represented by a gallery in St. Augustine. “I love the fun of art shows,” says Emma, “Art is a passion of mine, and I love traveling throughout Florida and meeting new people! This year I’ve been lucky enough to win two awards for my work.”

Although Emma is a new Realtor she is eager to bring her passion for interior design, love of helping people and joy of living in Florida to real estate. More recently, Emma has volunteered with her church, helping families in the community rebuild after Hurricane Irma.

CLAY COUNTY MARKET SUCCESS Demand Outpacing Supply in Key Areas

With popular communities including Fleming Island and Orange Park, Clay County has become one of the top destinations for homebuyers in Northeast Florida.

Northeast Florida MLS also reported homes in Fleming Island sold at 97 percent of the list price in June 2015, up from 95 percent during the same period in 2014 and up 95 percent year-to-date.
