Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Amanda Creech to the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office.

Residing in Jacksonville since 2009, Amanda brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the great Jacksonville area. In her previous job with the United States Tennis Association, Amanda had the opportunity to work closely with more than 30 country clubs in Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Clay Counties, giving her an excellent background in real estate and housing in these niche communities.

Amanda began her career as a Realtor in 2016 at Marsh Landing Country Club as a member of a prominent team. In her first year, she helped her team close $6 million in sales and had the opportunity to work with various types of transactions ranging from a million-dollar oceanfront beach condo to a HUD owned property with a renovation loan in Atlantic Beach.

Excited to be making the move to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, Amanda is focusing on her new brand, “Closing Deals in Heels.” She hopes to use social media and direct marketing efforts to grow her business with the young professional women demographic. With bright pink heels as the main focal point of her logo, Amanda plans to mix real estate with fashion to develop a fun, and informative, blog that will keep women up to date on the local real estate market and, of course, the latest fashion trends.

When asked why she picked Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty as her brokerage, Amanda stated, “I picked working here for many reasons, but most specifically for the integrity and high standards that the brokerage upholds with its agents and community.”

Amanda also spent four years working for the Wounded Warrior Project, planning Soldier Ride, a 5-day adaptive cycling event for wounded warriors. Amanda is eager to use her experience working with veterans to help local veterans buy or sell their next home. Because of Amanda’s passion for this organization, she will donate 10% of her commission to the Wounded Warrior Project for any closed transaction working with a registered Alumni of the Wounded Warrior Project or any current Wounded Warrior Project employees.

“We are so happy that Amanda chose Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty as her brokerage. We truly admire her dedication to the community. Not only is she an established real estate professional, she is a true advocate for her customers,” shares Kevin Waugaman, Broker/Manager of the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office.
