Previously the Marketing Manager for the second busiest RE/MAX team in Georgia – and the 30th busiest in the U.S., Joe joins Florida Network Realty as a Realtor with a wealth of real estate marketing knowledge. Joe was responsible for all marketing efforts and campaigns for this group, including both digital and conventional marketing, negotiations and publishing.  While working in marketing, Joe has successfully negotiated advertisement and endorsement deals with the New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves, and Michelle Kwan.

When asked why he became a Realtor with Florida Network Realty, Joe states, “As a Realtor, you get to play a positive role in one of the most important decisions of people’s lives, and I love being able to help my clients find a house they can call their home. Working as a Realtor, it’s never the same job from day to day, and the relationships I build is what makes me love working in real estate. When I moved from Atlanta, I interviewed with eight different brokerages representing eight different agencies. After interviewing and meeting several current Florida Network Realty agents, I knew that this company and office was the best fit for me.”

In addition to his marketing experience, Joe worked for over a decade for diving, travel and adventure magazines. He’s successfully completed article assignment spanning four continents and the Caribbean. Joe has had over 100 articles published, and his photos have been featured on the cover of over two dozen magazines.

Joe is the proud father of three-year-old triplets, and is also a “retired” diving instructor, having held the Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT designation) with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). He earned the prestigious SSI Platinum Pro 5000 certification in 2012 – which is the completion of over 2500 dives, and considerable contribution to the diving industry. At that time, only 1,100 people had ever achieved/earned this designation in the history of the sport. During his travels and dives, Joe has not only fed sharks by hand, he’s also fed barracuda with his teeth.
