New brand brings excitement, opportunity

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices leadership team and its elite team of Realtors and associates can tell you first hand! With a 25 year history as Prudential Network Realty, their team wondered if the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand could really bring them any more respect or recognition than what they’d experienced with the Prudential brand. The team has been pleasantly surprised!

“Since we announced our decision to adopt the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand I’ve been so moved by the reaction of the community, buyers, sellers and recruits,” said the company’s founder, president and CEO, Linda Sherrer. “We knew our own team was ecstatic to join forces with the world’s most respected brand but we were not prepared for the public’s response!”

Christy Budnick, the firm’s executive vice president echoed, “We’d heard from other affiliates that they received calls from sellers who wanted to list with a company backed by the power of Warren Buffet, but we were still surprised when it happened to us. Our agents have shared similar experiences ranging across all price points and areas in northeast Florida.”
